  Ultimate steps For Gaining Deep State of Peace and Comfort Step: (1) Relaxation *********************  Sit on a Calm ,Comfortable Place in Comfortable Position.. Close your eyes slowly.. and Follow the below steps: Take a Deep Breath with nose and while you Exhale Speak long Sound *HaaH* Very Softly Do this 11 times and Be in the state for a minute. Step :(2) Breathing ********************* After Completing Step 1 ... Take 5 deep Breath with Nose and Exhale with Nose.. and then take 5 Medium Breath and do the same as above.. now take 5 short and fast breath.. like wise do the Breathing 5-5-5 set cycle 3 times..
